thickening – confusing the linear narrative even more breaking up and layering the voice from a visual reference point and then adjusting while listening back.

adding in sample – crackling fire

adding in field recording – thunder

washing machine sound with effects (phaser and delay) to create a transition into a new part.

A segment from my conversation w Rob is a new part of the sound piece. correlating the abuse of colonialism with the dialectics of interpersonal power dynamics. The sound of the washing machine and the sound of rob flicking his Zipo are used as a transition. fragmentation and repetition are used to transition.
